Tilikum the whale was captured from the wild 25 years ago. Since then, he has been kept in captivity, forced to perform tricks in front of crowds.  Spending most of his life in a tiny pool backstage, his life is incomparable to what it would be in the wild.  This is no way for wild animals to live.
